Nisa Smook is passionate about helping her clients achieve generational wealth through real estate. Born and raised in Tampa, she is extremely familiar with Florida’s Suncoast region and all the benefits of living there. She makes it her mission to guide her clients to their dream homes or investment properties.

Nisa graduated from the University of South Florida. While completing her bachelor’s degree in business management, she gained her first professional experience in real estate. She worked as a team assistant to several high-producing agents and learned what it takes to be successful in the industry.

Nisa has thrived as an agent, and she loves helping people navigate the complex process of buying or selling their homes. Her experience as a prior wedding business owner is an asset to her real estate career, as she has exceptional marketing skills and uses them to promote her client's properties in the most creative ways possible. She always keeps her client’s best interests in mind and constantly seeks out creative ways to stand out and win offers.

Nisa is also a wife and lover of the great outdoors, happy hours, good food, and traveling. In fact, she got married to her amazing husband in his home country of South Africa.
