Sarah’s love for real estate began in Knoxville Tennessee. Through extensive work as the trusted real estate advisor & assistant developer of a community called Richmond Orchard, she was able to pre-sell the entire community of luxury urban cottages, in under 2 months. Her skill and expertise lead to Sarah being featured on WBIR, WVLT, WATE, Knoxville News Sentinel, HGTV, Let’s Chatt & others. Sarah then extended her career to beautiful Central Florida. With a client-first mentality she puts her expertise, tenacity, and love for negotiating at the forefront for all of her clients… always with the end goal of making their real estate dreams a reality.

Coming from a background of entrepreneurship - which led to relocations from Tennessee to Florida - Sarah understands first hand what it’s like to move to a brand new area- which is why she loves helping others do the same.
