Meet Heydi

Heydi Peña began her professional journey in the banking industry, where she spent over 14 years cultivating her expertise. Starting as a teller, she worked her way up to become a skilled banker especially specializing in home equity lines of credit (HELOCs and HEILs), then to a back-up assistant manager in New Jersey. Throughout her banking career, she developed a deep understanding of financial products and built lasting relationships with clients, helping them navigate significant financial decisions. Her dedication and expertise in closing home equity loans allowed her to make a meaningful impact in her clients' lives.

In search of a new chapter, Heydi and her husband, Andrew Daniels made the exciting decision to relocate to sunny Florida shortly after they got married. Her passion for real estate led her to a new career path as a property manager, where she managed 10 associations across Miami-Dade to Palm Beach County. This experience gave her an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, learned about HOAs and gained invaluable knowledge in property management. It wasn’t long before she transitioned into real estate, a field where she could blend her financial background with her passion for helping people.

As a real estate agent, Heydi is committed to more than just transactions; she’s dedicated to creating stories and building happiness for her clients. Whether she’s helping someone find their perfect home or guiding them through the selling process, she takes pride in offering honest, thoughtful, and caring service.
